The OASAS Leadership Academy is a four-month training program that covers essential leadership skills, including trauma-informed practices, stress management, work-life balance, communication, and more. Delivered through a combination of in-person and virtual sessions, the program offers flexible options designed to fit into your schedule.

Introducing the OASAS Leadership Academy, a grant-funded program designed to 

help professionals in the OASAS community enhance their leadership skills and

navigate the challenges of today’s complex work environment. Whether you’re

managing teams, tackling stress, or addressing diversity issues, this academy

provides practical tools and strategies that you can apply immediately.

Who: Any emerging and existing behavioral health leaders

What:  22 hours of interactive sessions

When: Classes will be held once a month, for 4 months

Where: Locations will be across the state, at a location near you!

Why: Professional development and to raise your awareness 

How: Three classes are in person, one is virtual
